Volunteers are needed to help with this community event!
Assignments/Tasks Include:

Set-up and Tear Down (i.e. decorations, tables, chairs, signage, etc.)

Welcome/Greet Guests

Distribution (i.e. refreshments, give-a-ways, etc.)

Event Support (i.e. helping event coordinator with entertainment, games, etc.)
Shifts
Three (3) shifts are available:
8:30 AM – 10:30 AM - Set Up and Event Prep
10:00 AM – 1:30 PM - Event Support
1:00 PM – 4:30 PM - Event Support and Tear Down
Please arrive about 15 minutes prior to your shift to allow for parking and prep time
Attire: Please wear comfy, closed-toe shoes; this event is outdoors, so make preparations for the weather (i.e. hat, sunscreen, etc.)
